Easy Spring Floral Arrangement

One of the simplistic ways to make a change and bring life to your home is by adding a beautiful floral arrangement for a change of season, special occasion or maybe just because.
Floral arrangements add life to your space and have a positive impact on emotional health by improving your mood and health.

Gather the vase or container of your choice, taking into to consideration of the weight and material of the vase and where you will place your arrangement. You don’t want to place a heavy vase made of concrete on a glass table. I adore butterflies!! When I came across these butterfly vases at my local craft store, I absolutely had to have them for this project.

There are a wide variety of florals, with color and texture variation to add to your arrangement. My choice is one of my favorite flowers which is a Phalaenopsis Orchid in a white soft texture matching the vase of my liking. I enjoy the unique beauty and color range of this flower.

I first gathered all of my supplies my vase, floral foam, flower, greenery and white rocks.
Next, I fit the floral foam into my vase and cut the access off using my electrical knife.
Save the access foam to fit on the sides of your vase if necessary for a tight and snug fit
or for another project. I cannot say enough how I love this vase because it has another favorite of mine BUTTERFLIES!!
I then placed the stem of the greenery in the center of the floral foam and spread the
greenery to the look I desire.
Next place the stem of the orchid or floral of your choice in the center of the foam next to the stem of the greenery. Your greenery and floral should be nice and firm within the foam.

Add rocks or moss to accent the arrangement and cover up the foam and your DIY floral arrangement is ready for display. It is just that easy to create a beautiful floral arrangement for your space that has many benefits.
